We got a call for a broken cast iron fitting in a basement. Thankfully we were able to save the fitting at the wall for our connection, preventing us from having to break up the wall and the customers slab in their living room. We repiped their little giant pump, an indirect for their condensate and their previously vented kitchen sink drain. Also recommended a jet of their main drain. Finished up this northern liberties project. New liner and delta shower diverter. Came back to set the finish fixtures today. Shout-out to Tom Becker Tile for the amazing job with this one and also Philadelphia Quality roofing for fixing the exterior. This home is now water tight inside and out. This customer reached out with a flood issue on the lower floor of his 4unit building…we found the lower unit had a sewage ejection pump for all the drains in this unit. We recommend a pump replacement and we also cleaned out the buildup of grease/calcium in the pit also replaced the check valve. If you have a similar situation in your home reach out and have it serviced before you have a major issue

Finished up a bathroom the other day with Tom Becker Tile. Adjusted the plumbing so it would be hidden for the floating vanity. Pull and reset toilet with an adjustment to the fl**ge for the floor height and concert a tub to a nice stand up shower for this home. Anything is possible when you hire the right contractors💪🙏

This customer wanted to convert their tub shower combo into a handicap accessible shower with separate handheld for easy access to shower head…they had a budget and we helped them be under that budget with a drop in fiberglass shower pan and new two function shower diverter! Another beautiful bathroom remodel for the books. Tom Becker Tile did an amazing job as always. We were able to reuse some most of there fixtures on this job but the customer decided to upgrade their vanity and install some nice 3 piece Kohler faucets with it. Looking for an upgrade?
