Yup! Its a rehab. We like to go up and we like to go big. Get those high ceilings. If you gonna go for, go at it big dont cut your self short. Windows are going in and brick will come right after. We are debating on black brick versus white?.

Those copper pipes are giving us a hard time again. Every so often we stumble into leaks where sand has bore tiny holes on the pipes. Nothing last forever. .
