Gone are the dramatic storms of summer where a few inches of rain can fall in a matter of minutes, sending water rushing across your property and revealing the weak spots in your drainage.

Fall can present a different kind of problem.

Instead of a quick downpour that comes and goes, October rains can linger. Water has more time to collect, soak into already-wet areas, and find its way toward places you don't want it—your foundation, lawn, planting beds, or walkways.

If you've noticed:

• Water pooling near your house
• Erosion or washouts
• Muddy areas that never seem to dry
• Downspouts sending water where it shouldn't go
• Landscape beds that stay excessively wet
..Fall is a good time to take a closer look at where your water is going.

At Menzen & Company Outdoors, we can help identify the problem and develop a drainage solution that manages the water effectively—while fitting naturally into your landscape.

Because good drainage shouldn't have to look like a drainage project.

Get back to enjoying your outdoors.

Late September has a way of sneaking up on you.

The kids have been back in school for a few weeks, fall activities are in full swing, and the calendar is already filled with football games, practices, holidays and everything in between.

Meanwhile, the landscape projects you meant to tackle this summer may still be waiting.

Don't put them off much longer. Fall planting and landscape improvements have a limited window, and the season can change quickly.

Now is the time to catch up before the weather turns and the opportunity passes. We can help with the maintenance your property needs now and identify planting or landscape improvements that make sense for fall.

The kids are back in school. The calendar is filling up. And the landscape is still expecting you to keep up with it.

Here's the good news: you don't have to.

Regular bed maintenance takes the recurring work—weeding, pruning, deadheading and general cleanup—off your plate.

So instead of asking, “When are we going to find time to do that?”

You can just enjoy a landscape that's already taken care of...by Menzen & Company.

Soccer game at 9...
Birthday party at noon...
Grocery shopping somewhere in there...
And apparently the flower beds need weeding. 🙃

September schedules are busy enough without spending your Saturday working in the yard.

Our landscape maintenance team can keep your beds looking cared for while you spend your weekends doing something else.

More family time. Less yard work.

Let Menzen & Company help you get back to enjoying your outdoors!

Back to school. Back to work. Back to sports, homework, practices, games, and somehow remembering what night is trash night. 😅

Your landscape doesn’t need to add another item to the schedule.

Let us handle the weeding, pruning, and bed maintenance while you handle everything else September brings.

One less thing on the weekend to-do list.

Get back to enjoying your outdoors.
