Steve’s knowledge of the boiler was outstanding. He was the only contractor that actually measured the whole building and calculated that the original boiler was severely oversized. Sometimes life throws things at us that we never expected. Medical struggles, financial hardships, the loss of a loved one, or other difficult circumstances can make it hard to keep up with everyday necessities. No one should have to worry about staying warm in their own home on top of everything else they’re facing.

We’re asking YOU, our friends, clients, and community, to nominate someone who could use a little hope this winter.

📩 Submit a brief description of the hardship this person or family is facing and why they could benefit from this program.

It could be a neighbor, a friend, a family member, or someone you know who is quietly going through a difficult time.

We will review the submissions and select ONE deserving individual or family to receive a new gas furnace, donated and professionally installed by Anchor HVAC Services.

Our goal is simple: to take one worry off someone’s shoulders and make their upcoming winter a little brighter. ❤️

🔥 THIS WAS NO ORDINARY BOILER INSTALL! 🔥

Talk about a job that takes some serious skill! 💪

We just completed a boiler replacement that was no easy task. The old boiler was so massive that we literally had to dissect it into sections just to get it out of the building! And get this… each section weighed approximately 600 POUNDS! 😳

But that wasn't the only issue. The existing boiler was oversized by a whopping 200,000 BTUs! 🤯 That's a perfect example of why properly sizing your heating equipment matters. Bigger doesn't always mean better!
