Composite Trex deck we recently completed for a residential client. This was an existing deck that we tore down to the framing for a refresh. This one got the full works. All new footers. Framing was corrected along with structural joist hangers and fasteners added to bring everything up to code. Proper flashing against the ledger was added along with joist tape prior to decking.
