Another happy customer, 10 acres in Ellicot. This 10 acres of their property used to be part of a larger tract of land that ran cattle so it’s mostly weeds. It will take a few years of well managed pasture before the native grasses come back.

Today we had a horse riding arena that was made with over 100 yards of too much sand. So we had to remove it and we reused it to help their neighbor with adding it to there new arena that we previously built.

You have to be careful of ditches, we recently had some rain and that always makes mowing ditches hard because the soil is so soft it makes it very easy to roll your tractor and increases your risk of tearing up the earth. I always try to leave ditches a little higher so that way there’s still some vegetation to help hold the soil in place.

5 acres cut and cleaned in calhan. This property is getting ready to go on the market and they wanted general mowing and they had some dead trees that needed to be removed.
