Another lawn transformation knocked out in a day! 💪🌱

We removed the old lawn, leveled everything out and finished it off with Hydroseed.

Now we just need Mother Nature to cooperate a little… although lately, watering hasn’t exactly been an issue. 😂🌧️

Our companies grew by two this month… just two days apart! 💕

We’re excited to introduce the newest little additions to the Top Notch Lawn Maintenance and Pro Rain Lawn Sprinklers families!

Josh and Rachael (Co-Owner of Pro Rain) welcomed Lucy and just two days later, Andrew and Lindy ( Owner of Top Notch & Co-Owner of Pro Rain) welcomed Chandler.

One of the coolest parts of owning and growing a small business is watching our families grow right alongside it. We’re incredibly thankful for our customers and community who continue to choose and support our local businesses. Every lawn, landscape, irrigation project, service call, and referral helps support families like ours and we truly appreciate it.

Something tells us Lucy and Chandler already have their future summer jobs lined up. 😂🌱💦

Congratulations and welcome to the crew, girls! 💗

Thank you for continuing to support Top Notch Lawn Maintenance & Pro Rain Lawn Sprinklers!

Rain rain go away!

Andrew and Drew are out checking on the path in the Sanctuary. New bridges are being built and the path is being widened to make sure the community has a safe walking/biking path!

Some people do not even know this exists right in their own backyard! Drew did find a few tree forts she had to explore..

Our crew has been busy getting this property dialed in with final grading, tree planting and seeding. A good lawn starts with the prep work like proper grading and a clean seedbed.

These new trees will also make a great natural screen as they fill in over the years.

Can’t wait to see this one green up!

The new paver patio is in, the grade is taking shape, and you can finally see how much this backyard is going to change.

We’re not finished yet! Next up is the 18’ x 20’ covered porch, along with the remaining landscaping and finishing touches.

But just take in how beautiful that Unilock Beacon Hill Granite Fusion is!

Can’t wait to show the finished product. Stay tuned! 🏡

A huge thank you to our mowing crews and our customers for their patience this season.

This has been a tough year for mowing and there have been plenty of weeks where we’ve felt rushed trying to beat the weather and stay on schedule, especially when your trying to mow over 800 lawns a week😅. At times, that has made it harder to deliver the mowing quality we expect from ourselves.

Through it all, our crews continue to show up, work long days, put in overtime and weekends, miss family events and keep pushing through.

Thank you to our amazing team members and their dedication!

We’re getting the base layers installed and setting this patio up the right way from the ground up. This project is being built as a permeable patio system, which means proper drainage, a strong foundation, and long-term performance.

The critical work happens before the pavers ever go down. The excavation, grading, and building the base to make sure everything lasts and functions the way it should is always our top priority!
