Another Weil-McLain Boiler Installation Complete!

Another old, inefficient boiler has been replaced with a brand-new Weil-McLain CGa gas boiler, giving this customer a reliable and efficient heating system for the upcoming winter.

This installation included new copper supply and return piping, new boiler valves and drain ports, updated gas piping, automatic fill/pressure regulator, expansion tank, air vent, circulator pumps, and all necessary connections to complete the system properly. We tied into the existing venting, electrical, and thermostat controls where appropriate.

At Perk Plumbing Heating & Air, we don’t believe every heating problem means you need a whole new system. We provide honest options and will recommend repair when it makes sense—but when replacement is the right choice, we install it correctly from start to finish.

Need a boiler replacement or heating system evaluation?

Worried about high oil prices this winter? You should consider switching to propane. It’s CHEAPER, more efficient, cleaner, less maintenance, more equipment options, etc.

At Perk Plumbing Heating & Air, we take care of everything, including:

• Propane tank installation
• Underground propane gas lines
• Regulators and gas piping
• Removal of your existing oil equipment
• Complete furnace or boiler replacement
• System startup and testing

From the propane tank all the way to the new heating system, we handle the entire project so you don’t have to coordinate multiple contractors.

If you’re considering making the switch from oil to propane, give us a call and let’s talk about your options.
