Air Serve of Citrus County installing our brackets for the condensers. These are installed at a safe height above the flood zone per code.

With Wavecrest Masonry this morning. Had to bring in a big crane to set these lintels up on the second floor. This operator was excellent at running this crane. With a soft touch. Our workers up on the scaffolding were very comfortable with this operator. They will be back for our truss set soon. Easter Crane & Rigging.

Demo of the pool deck broke our power line to the dock. Our owners are coming to town and want to splash their jet skis for some R&R. Our electricians K&H Electric to the rescue. The pictures clearly show a close resemblance of state workers in action, Dan (the boss pointing direction) Dalton ( trying to figure out what Dans pointing at) and Matt actually working. Just kidding, these guys are awesome and take very good care of not only us but our clients. Nothing these guys won’t do on a job to either get it done right or lend a helping hand to anyone on the job that needs it. It’s called caring about what the do. These traits are rare and the reason they are such an important part of our team. Thanks guys we appreciate not only the friendship but the craftsmanship that yall bring to the table. You have to have heart to be on our team and these craftsman here have it. Thanks guys.

In our opinion, Schluter-Ditra is the top product to use for tile on 2 nd floor wood floors. We use to use Durock on the floors. That created a height difference from tile floor to any other flooring products especially these new and improved luxury vinyl flooring that is so popular. At Great Oaks we stay ahead of the curve to give our clients the absolute best of the best. Stay tuned to watch Jared our master tile craftsman put these bathrooms together.
