Next up for Vision Construction: Oops Alley Family Entertainment Center's second location.

We’ve been awarded the renovation of the Funplex building in Gulf Breeze. This project will bring close to 20,000 square feet of new entertainment space to the area, including duckpin bowling, a full arcade, restaurant, commercial kitchen, pool room, and multiple bar areas.

Coming off the completion of Fun Factory at Cordova Mall, this one feels like a natural next project for our team. Different building, different concept, but another space focused on bringing people together and giving the community something fun to enjoy.

We’re looking forward to working with the Oops Alley team and helping bring this new Gulf Breeze location to life.

An arcade is back at Cordova Mall.

Vision Construction recently completed the Fun Factory build-out in Pensacola, helping bring a family entertainment space back to one of the area’s most recognized retail destinations.

Shoutout to DAG Architects for teaming up with us on this project for our longtime customer, Simon Property Group.

And this may not be the last entertainment project on our schedule. Another one is already lining up, and this one has a few extra lanes. 👀

BuilderCon 2026 was a great experience for Marcelo, our Associate Project Manager at Vision Construction.

As part of his Civil Engineering coursework at University of West Florida, he had the opportunity to attend the expo, meet with other GCs, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and continue learning more about the commercial construction industry.

Great to see him growing both in the classroom and in the field.

Gourmet Saté House brings Indonesian saté and Southeast Asian flavors to the area, with a charcoal grill up front so you can watch everything being cooked live.
