🚨What’s hiding under your shingles? 🚨

We just wrapped up a full roof replacement on the Southside of Indy, and it’s a perfect example of why thorough inspections matter

During our initial look, we found multiple decking issues. The culprit? The roof only had thin 3/8” plywood

Why does this matter? A roof is only as good as what’s underneath it. You need a rock-solid foundation to ensure your shingles lock in and last for decades. We stripped it down and installed all-new, heavy-duty 5/8” decking to give this home the structural strength it deserves.

Topped it off with the gorgeous Malarkey Vista in Brilliant Black! 😍

Wrapped another one in Fishers, IN using Malarkey Vista Black Oak.

During tear off we found several sheet of OSB that needed replaced and while we were replacing flashing on the chimney we discovered a bunch of damage underneath. We will be coming back to completely rebuild the chimney with LP lap siding and trim. This will help ensure this home is water tight for many years to come.

We wrapped up this home on the east side of Indianapolis with Malarkey Highlander (class3 polymer modified) in Heather.
