2) We inspect your old sod to find why it failed. The most common are sunlight issues, insect infestation, fungus, not enough water and TOO MUCH water.
3) We have a soil test done and amend soil accordingly before installing.
4) We only buy our sod and plants from nurseries and farms offering the highest quality.
