850 square foot of LVP flooring we just finished in Grand Bay . We removed the old floating floor , busted up tile in the kitchen and dinning area. Then installed moisture barrier .

We also removed all the old baseboards and shoe molding and went back with a taller base and 3/4 round.

A Screened in back porch we just finished. We didn’t build the deck but we did do some repairs and replaced a good bit of deck boards .

We tore the handrails and steps off. Set post built the roof and installed metal roofing. Framed in the walls and installed a screen tight screen system . Built some new steps with basic handrails and a nice white screen door. We also did a 2x10 cap on top of the short walls with siding on them so there is a ledge on the inside to sit things etc. Turned out great.

We used all treated materials for the roof and walls. We used T1-11 siding on the short walls.

A commercial job we just finished up . We took an open area in Southern Fire’s warehouse and closed it in .

We tore out an old big window fan that took up the entire window. We framed in the opening and installed a new vinyl 36x48 window .

We got spray insulation done .

We also put up some double swinging doors for them to come in and out with their tanks .

We also built 2 work benches and 3 shelves.

I built a small door up top for the electric hoist to be pulled in to the top floor for maintenance.

Another project from the big job :

A pool room we turned into another bedroom. We had to remove glulam structural beams that had severe termite damage. The room at one time was an open pool room area where you could walk in from the pool . So it was built originally with the roof sitting on beams to have open access without walls. It got closed in at some point and the ppl that did it just closed it in with all types of damage it was horrible .

We tore out and replaced the beams . Tore out the walls and installed new framing where it was needed. Installed all new rock on ceilings and walls . Did the mud work and texture on walls and ceilings. Got it all primed and painted.

I did what I call a 2 stage crown molding in the room to cover up where stucco use to be . I did a 1x6 off the ceiling about 3 1/2 inches with a 7 1/4 inch crown molding. It covered the rough area of stucco on the walls and turned out amazing. It really made the room.

We also did new floors in the room . Total transformation!!

A Garden Window area we tore everything out . Found termite and water damage got all the framing replaced . Hung and finished new Sheetrock . Built the new frame for the new butcher block top . My wife did an amazing gloss white finish on the butcher block top ! It turned out amazing !
