Nothing beats a little time together outside of the office, especially when the Chesapeake provides a backdrop this beautiful. Thanks to Captain Lenny from Captain Lenny Simmons for getting us on the fish (we got our limit!) and giving the CC crew a couple of great days on the water!

Our three days in Ocean City for the LifeSpan Annual Conference was a blast!

A nor’easter rolled in and brought some seriously wild weather, but that didn’t stop us from having a great time! We made lots of new connections, caught up with familiar faces, handed out what might just be the best swag bags at the conference, and managed to squeeze in some fun along the way.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Complete Conversions booth, said hello, grabbed some swag, and took the time to chat with us. We loved meeting so many people from the senior living community and are excited to see where these new connections lead!

From coordinating subcontractors and scheduling materials to keeping records organized and making sure everyone is on the same page, she handles the details that keep everything running smoothly.

Last week, we had a great time sponsoring the 29th Annual MMHA Golf Outing! Matt, Dan, Dave and Dennis represented Complete Conversions on the course and enjoyed a day filled with golf, good company, and plenty of laughs. There were some great shots, some not-so-great shots, and a few fun challenges along the way. 🍾⛳️ We even caught one of those moments on video!

We’re always happy to get our team out of the office, enjoy some time together, and support a great local cause along the way.

Today, we remember September 11, 2001, and the nearly 3,000 lives lost.
We honor the victims, the families who continue to carry their loss, and the first responders and everyday heroes who showed incredible courage that day.

Northampton Apartments: Rebuilding from the Ground Up

There’s a lot of progress happening at Northampton Apartments in Largo! After a tragic fire destroyed the apartment building a couple of years ago, Complete Conversions stepped in to take on the challenge of a complete ground-up rebuild. What was once a devastating loss is now taking shape as a brand-new community.

Our team has been hard at work bringing the new building to life, and we’re excited to see the project moving closer to the finish line. The rebuild is expected to be completed this fall, marking an important new chapter for Northampton Apartments and its residents.

We’ll keep sharing the progress as this project takes shape. Stay tuned for the finished transformation! 👀
