Part 3 of the Parsippany kitchen tour

Now we’re getting into some of the features that make this kitchen work so well — the oversized refrigerator, built-in appliances, coffee station, tons of cabinetry and storage, plus that incredible stone island with the built-in sink.

Beautiful is one thing, but we love when a kitchen is designed to actually function for everyday life too.

And yes… there’s still more to see. Stay tuned 👏🏽🏠

Part 2 of the Parsippany kitchen tour 👀✨

This time we’re getting into more of the details — the rich wood cabinetry, statement stone backsplash, hidden storage, and all the custom touches that make this kitchen feel sleek, warm, and really intentional.

It’s the little things that take a kitchen from beautiful to custom.

And yes… there’s still more to show you. Stay tuned for Part 3 👏🏽

And now for the backyard 🏠

This Parsippany custom build has so much packed into the outdoor space — a covered deck, large paver patio, walkout basement, hot tub area, and multiple levels that make the whole backyard feel connected without everything being on top of each other.

It’s one of those spaces you can already picture being used year-round — morning coffee upstairs, hosting on the patio, and winding down in the hot tub at the end of the day.

What’s your favorite part of the backyard?

This one is really starting to look like a HOME 👏🏽🏠

Framing is well underway, the rooms are taking shape, and you can finally start getting a feel for the size and layout of the space.

Still a ways to go, but this is always such a fun stage to watch come together.

Parsippany is officially complete 🏠

Here’s a little preview of how this custom build turned out from the outside. We’ll be sharing a full detailed walkthrough soon, but for now… what do you think of the exterior?

Stay tuned 👀

Princeton is moving right along 👷‍♂️

The foundation walls are up, the basement is taking shape, and you can really start to see the layout of the house now.

Still plenty to do, but we’re officially out of the “just a hole in the ground” stage 😂🏠

Monroe is coming together 👷‍♂️

We’ve got the covered patio framed, the hardscape going in, and the backyard layout is really starting to take shape. Once all of these pieces come together, this outdoor space is going to look completely different.

A lot happening on this one — stay tuned.

One of those little things that makes a BIG difference later 👷‍♂️

We’re adding blocking inside the walls before everything gets closed up. It gives us solid support wherever we’ll eventually need to mount or secure things and saves a whole lot of headaches down the road.

It’s the stuff you won’t see when the house is finished, but it matters.
