Another well done roof for a long time customer of mine. We had done this roof 18 years ago for a different customer and had the opportunity to do it again for the present owner. We installed Certainteed’s Burnt Sienna lifetime warranty Landmark shingles and put a 50 year warranty GACO coating on the carport roof.

We did the roof on the house 3 years ago. The owner had me come back out to replace the roof on his mower shed. Removed the old roofing and plywood. Installed new plywood, felt and shingles. No job too big or small, we do them all. Call me at +1 (870) 926-4476. Thank you!

I had the opportunity to assist this customer once again, replacing two skylights for her due to leaks and poor condition. The original skylights were low-cost plastic domes that had become cloudy and inefficient. In contrast, the new skylights feature laminated glass, low-e and tinted glass, and robust aluminum frames. The second image showcases the solar-powered shades that can be operated via remote control. I thoroughly cleared the roof of all tree debris, installed two new turbines, and replaced the missing cap on the gas vent pipe. The occupants expressed concerns regarding the presence of moisture and mildew within the house. It is noteworthy that inadequate ventilation and debris accumulation on the roof, particularly in the valleys, can contribute to these issues. We were given the opportunity to reroof this property again, having previously serviced the roof 22 years prior. For this project, we selected Certainteed's Landmark architectural shingle, featuring a lifetime warranty, in the Weathered Wood color. The turbines were removed and replaced with ridge vent to enhance ventilation. Additionally, color-matching pipe flashings were installed. I acquired a telescoping forklift 10 years ago to facilitate the transportation of shingles to rooftops for my crew, significantly reducing the physical strain on them. This investment has also enabled me to provide valuable assistance to fellow contractors in their respective operations. Notably, I have assisted a heating and air conditioning contractor by elevating various A/C units to rooftops on multiple occasions, including a fitness center and a nursing facility. Additionally, I have helped a concrete contractor by lifting a 6"x20' steel pipe to the top of a driveway brick entry. Most recently, I utilized the forklift to lift TPO roofing materials, pallets of iso board insulation, and equipment to the roof for one of my subcontractors. By doing so, I have helped each of these contractors save substantial time and money by avoiding equipment rentals from local yards, with estimated savings of 50% or more. Furthermore, I assisted a homeowner with the delivery of an 8'x14' Jacuzzi/Swim pool when the delivery company was unable to access the property and the homeowner opted not to rent equipment. The equipment at my disposal is a Genie 5519 Telehandler, capable of lifting 5500 # to approximately 19'. Our team replaced the existing roof on the residence and shed with Certainteed Landmark lifetime warranty architectural shingles in Heather Blend, a notable departure from the previous weathered wood tone, significantly enhancing the property's aesthetic appeal. Additionally, we installed ridge vent replacing turbines, color-matched vent pipe flashings, and upgraded gutter screens to micro mesh guards to ensure optimal gutter functionality and minimize debris accumulation.
