Before becoming a REALTOR®, Megan spent more than a decade in education, first as a teacher and later coaching and supporting educators. What she loved most was advocating for others—making sure her students, teachers, and families felt heard, supported, and equipped to move forward with confidence. That same desire to advocate for others is something she now brings to the people she serves in real estate.

Megan also brings a background in custom home building and remodeling, giving her a unique perspective on homes and an eye for seeing both what a property is and what it could become. Together, those experiences allow Megan to bring a heart for people and a practical understanding of homes to the clients she serves.

Whether buying, selling, or simply considering what comes next, Megan wants her clients to feel informed, confident, and cared for throughout the process.

Okayyy, stairs. 👀

Want a second floor without giving up the inside of the house? This exterior steel staircase went in this week, and it completely changed this side of the project.

We’re getting SO close to seeing the whole thing come together. 🌿

Framing tells you where the rooms go. Drywall is when they start to feel like rooms.

Same wall, six weeks apart, and suddenly this project is starting to look like the space our clients envisioned.
