🌳Silkwater Lane - Cedar Creek🌳
5 Bed | 3.5 Bath | 3,006 SF

It has been about 8 months since we completed this eye catching custom home in the Cedar Creek subdivision in Southport. We never took the time to take professional photos, so I figured I would just share some photos I have on my phone.

I am very proud of this home. The curb appeal is stunning. While some of the interior finishes are not my first choice, I think it all came together great. And that's the beauty of a truly custom built home. It doesn't matter what I think; the homeowner is always right and gets exactly what they want. And nothing could be more true about the way we operate. Customer Satisfaction will always be our #1 priority.

Some Highlights of this Home:
- Black Exterior / White Interior Windows
- KDAT Wrapped Porch Columns with Custom Built Curved Brackets
- Clear Pine T&G Stained Porch Ceilings
- Tidewater Cypress T&G Vaulted LR & Master BR Ceilings
- Cypress Shelves w/ Hidden Under Shelf Lighting

🌊 Bay Circle Drive, PCB 🌊

We were contacted by the homeowners of this beautiful waterfront home at the foot of the bridge to come in and save the day. They hit a lull after framing was completed. They couldn't find a reasonable and reputable contractor to install the siding and get this house painted.

Although we specialize in new construction from the ground up, TCS is always ready to put our subcontractor hat on and get to work!
