Busy weekend! This garage project was from a great customer who saw us in the Palo parade and gave us a shot.

We had some fairly significant crack remediation to start with. Once we got it filled, we put down a coat of Smith Paints VCB base coat, a full broadcast of Domino flakes, Smith 8000 polyaspartic, and finally a finish coat of Smith 90s High Wear Polyurethane. The outer edge of the garage received the Resist sand broadcast system.

We just finished up this large corridor and office floor renovation for the Meskwaki Nation senior housing. They had some plumbing replaced in the corridors and the pour backs were finished very rough. We came in and ground it all down, filled, and put down our v***r barrier flake system with high wear polyurethane finish. This job was very challenging but we were able to make it look great considering the canvas we started with.

This is the best floor you can buy. It may look ordinary but it’s far from it!

This floor over an occupied space where leakage would be a problem. To solve that, we did a full removal of the ugly yellow floor then we put down a seamless membrane layer of flexible epoxy at 80 sq ft per gallon, polyaspartic with flake broadcast, grout coat polyaspartic with another flake broadcast, polyaspartic grout coat, and finally a finish coat of Smith Paints high wear polyurethane. This floor is functional, beautiful, and virtually indestructible!

After seeing countless failures form companies that run the flake all the way out past the garage door, we’ve been installing our sand broadcast on the outer edge of the garage on a lot of jobs as a nice upgrade. Turns out so nice! And extremely long lasting!
