Pardon the footprints. It was a messy day! The miter was a 99% success. Don’t ask for details. Final steps: wash the floor; caulk the corners; paint the floor. Rim joists have to wait until Spring. Treated wood has to dry before it can be painted.

Almost done. The miter has been a real adventure. It’s coming out nicely. Sadly, I apparently don’t know how to estimate my materials. I was short by 9 pieces of flooring. Hey, it happens to all of us.

The new year has begun well. Finished a tile floor. Upgraded a bathroom. Installed a shower door. Replaced a front door. Built a porch railing. Those are the highlights. God is provident my and has more on the way. Looking forward to a good year. I hope I can keep up and do great work for all of my customers. Couldn’t have done all of this with my dear helper. Thankful for Donna, my wife!
