Eva's AK Garden

Eva's AK Garden Food security is one of the biggest issues Alaskans face. At the same time, helping our local communities by selling our excess.

My solution is self-reliance and removing my family from commercial grocery dependence by growing, raising, foraging, and hunting as much of our food as possible. I garden organically and feed our chickens an organic, no corn, no soy diet. I am passionate about eating organic, especially avoiding GMO foods that are continually flooded with herbicides and pesticides that are dangerous for human consumption and irreparably harm our environment.
