Our crew is hard at work staining the rafter tails, shutters, windows, gates, and exterior wood at the guard houses. Proper prep, careful application, and attention to every detail for a finish built to last.

A little wife’s view of what’s happening on this project ✨

The stucco cracks have already been repaired, the body of the home is painted, and now we’re moving on to the doors!

We’re going with a semi-gloss finish on the doors because it holds up better against our desert sun ☀️ and gives them that cleaner, smoother finished look.

Just taking you guys along and showing you a little bit of what goes into each stage of the job. 🤎

Restoring beauty starts with proper preparation.

Water intrusion had taken its toll on these exterior masonry walls at Indian Creek Villas. Our restoration process included pressure washing, thorough cleaning, crack repairs, a quality primer, and two finish coats of paint to deliver a clean, durable, and professional result.

Ever wonder why a “perfect” paint match doesn’t always match? 💭

The sun is one of paint’s biggest enemies. 🌡️ Over time, UV rays fade and alter the original color, so what you see today often isn’t the color that was originally applied.

Take these beams, for example: They may look like a weathered tan today, but they were originally the same green you see on the shutters. Years of sun exposure completely changed their appearance.

That’s why we don’t just guess ☀️ we carefully color match and adjust until it blends naturally with the existing finish. It’s a process that takes patience, experience, and an eye for detail.

Not all epoxy floors are created equal.

This garage floor in PGA West had peeling coating, cracks, and damaged concrete that needed more than a new finish, it needed to be restored.
The Process:
We removed the failing coating
Acid etched the concrete
Repaired every damaged area with Rapid Set cement Mechanically sanded the repairs for a smooth, uniform surface
Applied an epoxy primer
Applied a professional grade two part epoxy system
Applied a full flake broadcast
And a durable urethane clear coat.
The finish is what you see. The preparation is what makes it last.

Sometimes the details tell the whole story.

This home was recently painted, but it quickly became apparent that proper prep work was overlooked. From unsanded walls to missed areas without primer or paint ☀️like this skylight with texture overspray..The signs were hard to miss.
