Here's a big transformation on an entire second floor that turned out awesome. Fresh drywall, flooring, paint, and trim. Downstairs we put a fresh coat of paint on just about every room along with some new flooring and trim in the living room.

Got this patio all wrapped up and ready to go just in time for July 4th, about 30' wide giving plenty of space to enjoy outside! A big thanks to poured concrete walls for helping with the excavation. Andy had to rip out a full size tree stump along with the rest of the digging too

Nothing like taking an outdated fire place and making it a statement point of the living room! We framed the rest of the way up to the ceiling making it 18' in total and topped it off with some nice clean shiplap, crown molding, and a couple coats of paint to make it pop! Just waiting on the mantle to come in to really finish it off with a nice clean look

Haven't been posting much lately but as usual we've been busy. Here's a recent before and after of a bathroom update we did for a fellow veteran! Took out a small closet to open up the whole bathroom, moved around some plumbing for the new vanity and opened up the wall for a bigger and more accessible doorway along with some fresh paint!

We've been slacking a little on posting lately, but here's what we've been up to over the past few months! I had the opportunity to team up with T&M builders recently on quite the cottage. Everything from concrete, retaining walls, new doors and trim work. Weather is turning for the better so make sure you keep us and T&M builders in mind for any jobs you're looking to have completed!
