Our team hit the stores with donation carts of our own, and we also provided a trailer to haul everything back to the shelter so it can be sorted and distributed to those who need it most.

Cold weather doesn’t usually “kind of” damage a house, it either does… or you’re prepared.
Save this and knock these out before the first freeze:

✅ Disconnect hoses + insulate non–frost-proof spigots
✅ Close crawlspace vents
✅ Exterior-wall plumbing: slow drip hot + cold (1 drip every 1–2 sec)
✅ Know how to turn on aux heat
✅ Find your main water shutoff (and make sure it turns)
