The Springboard Mural Project was started in 2009 as a positive way for the youth of our community to share their artwork in a positive and aesthetically pleasing way and replace graffiti along the City's scenic river walks. Artwork is created and painting by young people from our community with the guidance of the Springboard Committee. All artwork is approved first by the City Common Council if place on city property.
