A little project in East Lawrence, Kansas done in late August 2026. Took off an old green barn panel roof, did a lot of deck repair, applied some high temp underlayment, and installed a new white 26 gauge standing seam roof. The AC line (seen in pics) will be moved in the Fall. The old roof was a little funky but, all in all, we ended up with a perfect symmetrical install side to side (my usual goal!).

Finally wrapped up our job in the 200 blk of Lyon Street in North Lawrence, Kansas today! We believe that the owner is as happy as we are with the finished product. I should say that we installed the standing seam metal on all roof sections and custom guttering/downspouts on both house and shop...All siding was done by some pretty talented dudes who specialize in siding. All in all, a great job to have worked on and an exceptionally talented and awesome homeowner!

Glued down this 26'-5" X 9'-2" piece of 60 mil EPDM yesterday. Once the railing posts are installed, I will return to install drip edge, covertape, and misc flashings. Rubber was applied over treated plywood with countersunk fasteners and went on as smooth as butter with no wrinkles or bubbles!
