Now that the snow is melting we are finally making some progress on the framing. A couple of key details on the framing materials on this home are the upgraded subfloor and wall sheeting. Common problems with a low quality subfloor. Moisture retention during the build process which can lead to nail pops, squeaks and uneven floors which results in rework before the finish floor can go in. LP weather logic sheeting is another upgrade that helps in your overall home efficiency with a tight building envelope. With the use of both of these products we can eliminate a lot of unnecessary headaches down the road. Interested in learning more? Breaking ground on our next spec today. We are excited to see how this one turns out. This one will be in Neenah and should be on the market late June/early July.

Our legacy lane spec is all finished and ready for the new owners to move in this weekend. It’s been a lot of fun to build this home but we are excited to break ground on the next one end of February. Huge thanks to everyone who helped with this project along the way.
