Thoughts on this. I open-pollinate many super hots yearly and harvest the seeds. These are the biggest super hots I have ever seen or grown. Anyone else seen pods this large? Any thoughts on what it is? I am thinking ghost and apocalypse scorpion. Have not tasted it yet.

Nothing...

We had a pretty significant storm come through last night. It flipped my grill and a 6' table. My neighbor lost a huge limb off his Maple, and it folded over most of my tomato plants🤬. I Saw the damage this morning but didn't have time to triage so it had to wait for tonight. The theme followed the day🙄. Ended up picking a lot that were dropped, mostly ripe, and ripe. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

Several Superhots* were windblown to say the least. Nothing a little love and 'support' can't fix 🤣. Pepper picking and processing is tomorrow. Fun times!

What did JDawg eat tonight...1/2 of a Mineshaft Sausage Pizza with JDawg' Exclusive Crossed 7-Pot Yellow.

It was on the last piece when I remembered to take a picture🙄.

The Superhot* is similar in shape and color to a 7-Pot Wess, but has a smoother skin. I was shocked to only find 10 or so seeds inside. It appeared to be healthy inside and out but chose to not save the seeds.

After dicing the pepper, I tried a small sample fresh. It had significant heat, especially after wiping my eye😬🔥. It had a typical increasing and lingering heat similar to a ghost for SHU, so a million +/- or so. There was an initial sweet and citrus undertone before the heat erupted and then I wiped my eye again, and oh s**t ? #$@!
