It was a hot one but we got this one moved onto the next step. This home expansion received 2” of 2lb closed cell foam in the living quarters walls. 1.5” of closed cell foam in the garage walls and also in the crawl space and rim pockets. Which encapsulates the crawl space with a v***r barrier. To help with humidity control in the home. We will be back after dry wall to air seal the attic space and blow in insulation.

Another gutter repair that started with someone cutting corners.

The previous contractor used an X punch instead of a proper downspout outlet. Over time, that X punch ended up ripping the gutter and damaging two entire gutter runs.

We removed the damaged 5” gutters and replaced both runs with new seamless 5” gutter. While we were there, we also upgraded the main downspouts from 2x3 to 3x4 to help handle the water flow properly.

Sometimes the little details make a BIG difference. Using the right fittings and installation methods can save you from having to replace an entire gutter system down the road.

Another one wrapped up!

We took out the old 5” seamless gutters that had taken a beating from hail and replaced them with a fresh Royal Brown 5” seamless gutter system.

We also upgraded the old 2x3 downspouts to 3x4s to help move more water away from the house.

Simple upgrade, better drainage, and a much better looking gutter system.

Another gutter upgrade in the books for Prairie Seamless Gutter and Insulation!

We took out the old galvanized, rusted out seamed gutters and replaced them with a fresh set of Royal Brown seamless gutters.

We finished the job off with premium gutter guards and 3x4 downspouts to help keep the water moving and the leaves and debris out.

The old gutters had definitely seen better days. Now this home has a clean, updated gutter system that’s built to last.

Out with the old 5” gutter and in with a new 6” seamless gutter! The old system simply couldn’t keep up with the roof’s drainage demand. We upgraded this home to a larger 6” gutter system to handle the water flow and keep rainwater moving where it belongs.

Rotten Fascia? We’ve Got You Covered!

This home was ready for a much needed upgrade! We removed the rotten out fascia and replaced it with durable LP SmartSide fascia, finished off with a fresh coat of paint.

Then we topped the whole project off with a brand-new white 5” seamless gutter system and 3”x4” downspouts.

Another drainage problem solved!

This home’s roof was designed to drain into the garage gutter to keep water off the walkways and driveway, helping prevent dangerous icy spots during the winter. The downside? During heavy summer rains, the existing 5” gutter simply couldn’t keep up with the amount of water, leading to frequent overflow.

Our solution was to upgrade the garage to a 6” seamless gutter system. The larger capacity allows the system to handle the increased water flow, keeping rain where it belongs inside the gutter and away from the foundation, landscaping, and garage.

Sometimes a bigger gutter isn’t just an upgrade it’s the right solution for the way a home is designed.
