We are a commercial flooring company looking for a part-time Office Manager to join our team!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Answer Phone Calls and follow/up, accordingly
• Reply to Email Inquiries (e.g., Customers that contact us via our website)
• Submit Payroll, weekly
• Provide W9 and Certificates of Insurance to support Customers’ requirements
• Take lead on Managing Service Requests for Strategic Customers via their on-line portal
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Call targeted Customers, thanking them for business and asking for Google Reviews
• Book Flights for Mgmt. on an as needed basis
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as an Office Manager
• Microsoft Office (primarily Excel and OneDrive)
• Payroll experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Skills:
• Written and Verbal Communication
• Detail-Oriented
• Computer savvy (Asana, Timesheet Mobil App…)
Location:
• Orlando, FL
Compensation:
• Immediate Opening
• Part-Time
• $15- $18/hour
