There is something magical about framing on a dreary fall day.

Some ask "Do we still build during the raining season?"

The answer is Yes! Here in the Pacific NW we take certain precautions during the fall and winter. The goal is always to get a roof on as quick as possible. Once the roof is on we enclose the home with windows and doors and begin the "dry out process". We check the moisture levels in the home and inspect the crawlspace throughout the build. Flooring will not be installed until the home is completely dried out.

In the Pacific NW we build rain or shine!

A pocket office provides convenience to work from home without taking up too much valuable living space. It can also be used for additional storage, a mediation room, kids homework space and so much more!

This home burned down in July 2020. When we met the homeowners we instantly connected with them. Through months of circles with insurance, permits and the rebuild, the homeowners moved back into their NEW home early this year. The new version of their home presents a new front porch that really made a beautiful difference!
