Another driveway almost complete!

We enjoyed getting this driveway installed for some good friends of ours. We truly appreciate them trusting Oak Ridge Construction, LLC to get the job done!

Five culvert pipes had to be installed on this driveway due to the rolling terrain.

31 loads of dirt hauled in to build the road base and some were topsoil.

Five loads of 34 rock spread and rolled in, and then topped off with a layer of Crusher Run.

Both sides of the driveway will be hydroseeded to prevent erosion.

Helping our customer move one step closer to their new home! We recently completed the installation of 550 feet of water line, ensuring a reliable utility connection and another important milestone toward building their future home.

The customer bought the land, picked the home site, and left the rest up to us!
New driveway installed ✅
Homesite cleared/graded✅
Shop site cleared/graded ✅
Waterline installed ✅

This customer had 5” of standing water in their backyard allowing water to flow into the crawl space of the house potentially causing major issues.
We were able to regrade the backyard that will allow water during the rainy season to flow away from the structure and out of the yard. We finished it off with seed and hay.
This customer can now utilize and enjoy their backyard and the great outdoors!

Cleared a place for a mother in law suite near the front of the property, and then a homesite with a place for a shop behind the house. We also pushed in a new driveway and now it’s ready for rock!
