Anniversary flowers made for one of my classmate’s parents.

I have a story I’d like to share. A couple days ago my dogs were barking like there was someone at the front door. I looked out but didn’t see anyone. I stood at the window just in case I missed someone looking for flowers.I saw a young boy, maybe 10 and a little girl maybe 5ish walk down my path in front of my house. I went outside and he said”Are you the flower lady?” I said “I guess I am”. I brought them back to my flower stand. He looked at all my bouquets and hung his head. He asked “Where are the $10 flowers?” As I could see he had a $10 in his hand. I asked him which one he would like for $10. He seriously chose the most beautiful bouquet on my stand. He said ”I’d like this one please. Today is my Mom’s birthday”. My heart literally melted. He paid me $10 and walked down my street, holding his little sister’s hand and smiling all the way. I had tears in my eyes. This boy touched my soul. The money means nothing. This little was raised right. I hope his Mom loved her flowers
