The last 6 months or so have been insanely busy for us. I thought I’d share a few recent jobs we worked on!

First we have a water system replacement in Long Point. Our customer had just purchased this cottage, and wanted to upgrade the existing system because it was allowing iron and calcium to bleed through into the residence.

The second is a tub/shower replacement we are currently working on finishing up. The old acrylic tub unit had developed a crack underneath, which in turn rotted the sub floor. We removed the old unit, called on our friends at MacLeans Master Carpentry to replace the sub floor, and installed a new upgraded shower unit with a seat for accessibility. Will definitely share the finished result in the coming days!

This week we were back at the new construction project near Waterford to rough in their in-floor heat for the basement.

This system will be running off the soon to be installed wood boiler in their backyard.

We teamed up with our friends at 2nd Generation Heating to complete the work on this project, can’t wait for the final results.

We started a new construction project out near Waterford this weekend. We started with the basement rough in, and later this week we will start the radiant infloor heat for the basement.

Say hello to Tyler! He has joined us for the next 4 months as a co-op student from Holy Trinity.

We put him through the wringer on his first day yesterday, busting up a basement floor and replacing some collapsed sewer pipe out into the front yard.

He’s a very hard working young man who is interested in getting into the trades, and decided to give plumbing a try!

Give him a nice hello and welcome next time we are performing work for you.

Here’s the final results of the early 1900s farmhouse bathroom we renovated.

The bathroom had been redone in 1981, with a handyman remodel done sometime in the 2000’s.

When this customer bought the home, the old tub was not functioning, and the shower leaked into the main floor. We discovered many other issues during demolition that were all repaired. The final outcome was fantastic!
