Hi There,

My name is Doug Pellerine, Owner of Adam’s Plastering and Tile Ltd, a renovation and repair company that specializes in high rise residential buildings and private homes just like yours. We specialize in high quality plastering and stucco, tub-surround and shower tile installation, bathroom and baseboard floor installation, silicone removal and application, kitchen floor and backsplash

tile installation (ceramic, porcelain, luxury vinyl etc), tiled elevator fronts and landings, lobbies, garbage chutes and more. We are comfortable with simple and practical renovations and repairs as well as more complex and luxurious designs depending on each project's needs and objectives. Most importantly we are dedicated to using the correct materials to ensure total water retention and longevity with all of our projects. Most of our bathrooms have lasted over 20 years! For our plastering, we are a team of stucco and master plasterers, with strong experience in repairing water damage holes, plumbing and electrical holes, demo rebuilds, nail holes, outdoor parging and more. We use old school plastering materials (lime, quick, wire mesh and 20 for professional results every time.) No drywall where it shouldn’t be! We are a medium sized company by choice and that allows us to maintain a much more consistent level of high quality service than some of the bigger companies out there. Because we are a smaller company, when you work with us, you work with me, the owner, every time. We are there on the job, communicating, inspecting and ensuring the job is done right. Often we are able to spot potential problem areas, notice leaks, tripping hazards, improper past installations etc before they become problematic and to help keep projects from getting out of hand. We care about the integrity of the customers we work for and about maintaining a high level of manager, superintendent, tenant and home owner satisfaction. We are also total clean freaks, so don’t be surprised to find us using drop sheets, brooms, vacuums and to be down on our hands and knees making sure everything is spotless. Had the pleasure of giving an old Pickering friend a brand new tub, tub surround, taps and bathroom floor! The tub was blue, from the 70s and was letting water in behind the walls. We gutted everything, put a fresh vapour barrier, installed a brand new tub, put up water resistant cement board and then sealed everything with our favourite Schluter-Kerdi system. Topping it off with a top of the line tile and levelling system, they now have a bathroom that looks good, feels good, increases the value of their home and will keep water out for years to come!
