🌱 What a transformation!

Check out the results of this lawn renovation we completed back in late August!

This lawn received core aeration, a custom compost topdressing mix, and premium turf-type tall fescue grass seed. Just a few weeks later, the results speak for themselves!

At Walsh Lawn and Landscape, we're passionate about improving lawns from the soil up. Our lawn renovation services focus on building healthier soil, stronger roots, and thicker, greener turf.

🍂 LAST CALL FOR FALL AERATION & OVERSEEDING! 🌱

Fall lawn renovation season is quickly coming to an end!

Walsh Lawn and Landscape will be accepting new aeration and overseeding projects through Friday, October 16th, weather and scheduling permitting.

As temperatures begin to drop, the window for successful fall seeding gets smaller. New grass seed needs adequate time and favorable growing conditions to germinate and establish before winter arrives.

If you've been thinking about improving your lawn, relieving soil compaction, or thickening up thin areas, now is the time to get on our schedule!

We use professional, golf course–style aeration equipment and premium grass seed to give your lawn the best opportunity for success.

Putting in the work now for a thicker, healthier lawn 🌱

This lawn received core aeration and overseeding to help fill in thin areas and encourage new grass growth this fall.

Not your average aerator! 🌱

Today we had the opportunity to try out another style of golf course–style aeration equipment with one of our partner companies — coreless Airavators!

Unlike a traditional core aerator that removes plugs of soil and leaves them on the lawn, an Airavator uses vibrating tines to loosen and fracture compacted soil without pulling cores to the surface. When overseeding, that vibrating action also helps work seed into the loosened soil, creating excellent seed-to-soil contact.

We already use professional golf course–style core aeration equipment, but it was awesome getting to see another method of aeration and overseeding in action.

Needless to say, we were impressed! We’re always looking for ways to improve our equipment and services, and we’re excited to hopefully put machines like these to work for our customers in the near future! 👀🌱
