Demolition Day | Brockway Ferry Road

Sometimes designing for the future begins by taking something away.

Demolition is officially underway at our Brockway Ferry Road residence on the Connecticut River, marking the beginning of a major waterfront transformation.

From this dramatic first chapter will emerge a home designed around its extraordinary riverfront setting—its views, landscape, light, and connection to the water.

We’ll be following this one from demolition through construction. Stay tuned.
