The lowest bid is not always the best bid.

Sometimes the savings come from skipping a few “optional extras,” like:

• A level
• A straight fence line
• Proper post placement
• A plan for the tree
• Common sense

This fence appears to have been installed using the “just keep going and see what happens” method.
