Onto the final leg of the pool deck at Evren.

This 16,000+ SF amenity space features three different integral-color ashlar stamp patterns, along with dedicated pickleball and bocce ball courts.

Evren is a 28-acre, 9-building multifamily development consisting of 358 residential units.

Bedrock Concrete served as the complete turnkey concrete contractor, providing and placing all concrete onsite from start to finish.

Able to squeeze in another slab placement between rains. 🌦️🏗️

The weather window opened up and the crew made the most of it. Another successful slab placement in the books, with the pump making a serious stretch to reach the far end of the pour before the next round of weather rolls in.
