Basic homeowner tips….

1. Disconnect hoses from outside faucets and cover faucets up.
2. Leave all faucets dripping, especially if they are located on a north wall
3. Cover up areas that are drafty
4. Start vehicles early to warm and defrost without you freezing
5. Make sure your chimney flew is clear
6. Install Co2 sensors in each srea combustible fuel is used, chimney areas are usually forgotten.

All very basic and usually thought of to late.
