Me when the day goes completely off plan: “Okay, but how does this build character?” 😂⚡️

Some days the path to the big vision has a few unexpected turns…and an emergency trip to the supply house. We adapt, keep moving, and call it growth.

It can’t be work all the time! I was honored to have Jones Electric Co. sponsor a hole at the First Annual Heat Baseball Golf Tournament—and even happier to spend a little time on the course supporting a great cause. ⚡️⛳️

Now, whether my golf game represented the company well is another question. 😂

⚡ A new electrical disconnect doesn’t have to be ugly.

This customer was adding a mini split and specifically asked us for a clean installation that looked as original to the home as possible.

We took the extra time to route the new circuit through the home and wall so there was no exposed conduit running across the exterior brick and no unnecessary damage inside.

✅ Wiring concealed
✅ No exposed exterior conduit
✅ Sheetrock left undamaged
✅ Clean, original-looking disconnect installation
✅ New dedicated mini split circuit added at the panel

Sometimes the best electrical work is the work you don’t see.

And remember—if the other guy’s price doesn’t seem fair, or his plan for the installation doesn’t meet your expectations, get a second opinion. Talk to a Master Electrician who cares about how the finished job looks in your home as much as you do.

At Jones Electric Co., we believe doing it right means more than just making it work. The details matter.

For all of your home electrical needs, contact me for a FREE estimate or second opinion.

This week’s Oklahoma heat has been brutal, and I knew I didn’t want this tenant to go another night without AC.

After the recent storms, the overhead riser and meter base on this home were damaged and the power needed to be restored quickly. Thankfully, the landlord called me today, and I was able to get out there, make the repair, and get the power back on before another hot evening set in.

Moments like this are a reminder that electrical work is about more than equipment — it’s about taking care of people and helping families get back to normal as quickly and safely as possible.

The permit has been purchased, and the inspection is already scheduled for tomorrow.

I’m thankful I could help get this one taken care of today.

As Memorial Day approaches, I’m looking forward to slowing down, refilling my cup, and spending time with family and loved ones.

This time of year always reminds me to be thankful — not only for the people standing beside me today, but also for the experiences, mentors, friendships, and sacrifices that have helped shape my life to this point.

As a veteran, Memorial Day carries a deep meaning. It is a time to remember and honor the men and women who gave everything in service to our country. Their sacrifice is the reason we get to enjoy weekends like this with the people we love most.

From my family to yours, I hope you have a safe and meaningful Memorial Day weekend.
