Custom home built outside of Fairview. Had fun working for some great friends. We are still friends! 😂 This house was built when getting materials was challenging. Couldn’t get the brick they picked out but found a color similar. Had delays in windows, doors, trim, and we had to wait 8 MONTHS for the garage doors. All cabinets in the house were custom built by Krause Construction!

I don’t have any before pics of this kitchen, but if you can look closely at the yellow sink, you can imagine how outdated it was. Yellow mustard counters and backsplash. Homeowner sent me a pic of how she wanted some glass doors at the top of the cabinets, so we delivered! Took the old upper cabinets off and started new. Moved the refrigerator and built a cabinet around the new one. Updated this house by 40 years!

Converted this Garage into a bigger living room. The old living room is now converted to office/open space. I built a custom cabinet around their front window with a seat and lots of storage. Opened up some space in dining room to give more “open feel”. We changed up the utility room a little bit. In the new living room, we added a storage room to give space for the dogs to come in and out as they please. Enjoyed the transformation of this space.

This was a project that was unforeseen. My grandma injured herself, so they needed a handicap accessible bathroom. Didn’t get a before pic, but small doors and carpet don’t go well for someone in a wheel chair. Made a seamless transition into the shower with a nice big seat. Peggy Krause

This is a late post on this house. I’m calling this the Covid House because we had a few delays getting this one finished. To top that off had the record cold come while we started to brick the home. Another great couple to work with and very thankful for that.

Really enjoyed getting to start out this “Remodel/Add-on” early in 2020. Little did we know that it would practically be an entire “Re-Build”. Once we started demo, there were a lot of things wrong and the old sections of the house couldn’t be untouched. The main part of the roof caved in during demo, but it gave us a lot more possibilities on fixing the broken up roof design. Needless to say it is a project that I will talk about for awhile. Thank you Cody & Amy Anderson for trusting me with your project.
