“I was having partial power outages throughout my home and called multiple electricians in the area to see if someone could stop by and assess the issue. Out of all the 24-hour electricians I contacted, Ted was the only one who returned my call. After I explained the problem, he arrived at my house within about 10 minutes — even though it was late in the evening. He was professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and had everything fixed within an hour. I truly appreciate Ted’s willingness to come by on such short notice, and I highly recommend giving Lights and Plugs, LLC a call!”
