PRAISE & PILATES | NO SHOW & WITHDRAWAL POLICY REMINDER 🤍
As Praise & Pilates continues to grow, we want to ensure that every woman has a fair opportunity to attend classes!
Effective next week, October 19, 2026, we will begin strictly enforcing our cancellation and no-show policies.
All classes must be withdrawn from at least 12 hours prior to their scheduled start time to avoid any fees.
LATE WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
If you need to withdraw from a class within the 12-hour window, a $10 late withdrawal fee will apply automatically to your account.
NO-SHOW POLICY:
If you do NOT withdraw from your scheduled class and fail to attend, the following will apply:
For members with an active membership, a $22 no-show fee will be automatically charged to the payment method on file.
For drop-in clients, the $22 originally paid for the class will be retained as the no-show fee, and the class credit will be forfeited. No refunds or credits will be issued.
While these policies have always been in place, the increasing number of no-shows and classes not being withdrawn from has made it necessary for us to begin enforcing them consistently.
We understand that life happens and unexpected emergencies arise! If you experience an emergency, please feel free to reach out to us. However, it is each member’s responsibility to withdraw from a class as soon as they know they cannot attend. To ensure fairness and consistency, our cancellation and no-show policies will be enforced equally for all members.
With our growing waitlists and classes intentionally limited to 20 women, we want to ensure that everyone has a fair opportunity to attend. When a spot goes unused without being released, another woman misses the opportunity to join us.
We kindly ask that you only reserve classes you intend to attend and withdraw within the appropriate timeframe if your plans change.
