Now Hiring: Residential Site Work Operator
📍 Ocala, FL Area

A&R Development Group LLC is expanding and looking to add a skilled Residential Site Work Operator to our growing team. We’re building another crew to keep up with increasing demand, and we need someone reliable, efficient, and experienced.

Requirements:

Experience operating heavy equipment (Skid Steers, Excavators, etc.)
Ability to drive a truck and trailer (CDL is a plus)
Strong work ethic and efficiency on job sites
Experience in residential and light commercial site work preferred

Job Responsibilities:

Final grading
House pads
Driveway grading
Site clean-up
Land clearing
Small punch-out work (residential & some commercial)
Various residential site projects

What We Offer:

Investing in our company and our team is a big deal around here — and today was a great example of that. We just wrapped up training on our new surveying and GPS equipment, and we’re excited about what this means for our work going forward.

Staying on time, on the job, and performing with proficiency is what we strive for every day. Having the right tools (and the knowledge to use them!) helps us meet the demands of the job and continue delivering quality results for our customers.
