✨ Full First-Floor Remodel – Kitchen, Bath, Fireplace & More ✨
This project included a complete first-floor transformation featuring a custom-designed kitchen, updated half bathroom, new fireplace, upgraded electrical panel, lighting improvements, drywall, paint, and new vinyl flooring throughout.
Our process began with professional design planning, 3D renderings, and full city permit coordination to ensure everything was thoughtfully designed and fully code-compliant.
Kitchen Remodel Highlights:
• Full demolition and open-concept framing
• New electrical with dedicated appliance lines & recessed lighting
• New plumbing throughout
• Custom cabinetry installation with laser leveling
• Quartz countertops & full backsplash installation
• New sink, hood venting to roof, appliances & final finishes
Bathroom & Laundry Updates:
• Complete demolition and plumbing/electrical upgrades
• Tile flooring installation with grout finish
• New vanity, toilet, mirror, fixtures & exhaust fan
Fireplace Renovation:
• Removal of existing unit
• New framing and electrical
• Floor-to-ceiling tile installation
• Installation of new fireplace unit
Additional upgrades included a new 24-space subpanel, up to 15 recessed lights, ceiling fans, drywall, texture matching, interior painting, and brand-new vinyl flooring with baseboards.
From design and demolition to final inspection and cleanup, every detail was handled with care, precision, and full code compliance.
