🚧 Driveway Extension Underway! 🚧

Another concrete project is officially in the works! Before the concrete ever gets poured, it all starts with a properly prepared base — and that’s exactly what we focused on for this driveway extension.

For this project, our crew:

✅ Excavated approximately 8 inches of existing soil
✅ Installed 4 inches of 21AA crushed concrete for a solid foundation
✅ Thoroughly compacted the crushed concrete to create a strong, stable base
✅ Graded and prepared the area for the next phase of the driveway extension

Next up: Setting the forms, installing wire mesh reinforcement, and pouring the new concrete! 👷‍♂️

🚧 Another Property Cleaned Up & Driveway Refreshed! 🚧

Our crew gave this property a much-needed cleanup and driveway upgrade!

✅ Dug out and removed unwanted weeds
✅ Re-edged the grass for a clean, finished look
✅ Regraded the existing driveway
✅ Added crushed concrete to top-dress and refresh the surface
✅ Brought the driveway up to the proper height for a smooth transition into the garage and easement entry
✅ Final graded everything for a clean, functional finish

🏗️ GARAGE PROJECT UPDATE! 🏗️

Another big milestone completed on this garage build!

After successfully passing our rough inspection, we’re moving on to the next stage — siding, fascia and soffit! 🔨🏠

This project has come a long way from tearing down the original garage, preparing the site, installing a proper foundation, building the block foundation, framing, and setting the trusses. Now the structure is really starting to take its final shape!

We take pride in doing things properly, safely, and up to code every step of the way. 💪

🏗️ FROM DEMOLITION TO A BRAND-NEW GARAGE! 🏗️

This project has been a transformation from the ground up!

Our client was ready to upgrade their existing garage to a larger, stronger, and properly built structure, so our crew got to work.

🔨 Demolished and removed the existing garage
🚜 Cleared and prepared the site
📐 Excavated and prepared the new, larger foundation
🧱 Poured a proper concrete footing/foundation
🧱 Installed the block foundation
🪚 Set forms and began framing
🏠 Installed the trusses to create the strong skeleton of the new garage
🔨Installed new Roof

A quality structure starts with what’s underneath it. Taking the time to properly prepare the site, build the foundation, and frame everything correctly is what gives a garage the strength to last for years to come.

Another septic system saved from an unnecessary replacement! 👏

Our client had been told by several companies that she needed a complete septic field replacement, with estimates exceeding $40,000.

After performing our own inspection, we found the septic field itself had not failed. The real issue was a feed line running from the septic tank to the drain field that had become completely clogged with tree roots.

Our crew excavated the old line and replaced it with a new 4-inch PVC pipe, installed to current code with the proper pitch and a gravel bedding to ensure long-term performance. Tomorrow we will top soil and seed.

The result? Her septic system is now working flawlessly, and we solved the problem for roughly one-eighth of the cost of a full field replacement.

Another happy customer! It was a pleasure working with our newest client, Joyce, to bring her vision to life while solving her drainage issues.

On this project we:

✅ Installed a downspout extension to carry water safely away from the home’s foundation.
