Prepping our lumber for install. We taken the time to grade all of our beams and joist to eliminated rollercoaster effect. Grading them by size/thickness then we plane them. We do t skimp on field dressing all cut or planed ends with copper naphthenate then waterproofing Fastenmaster deck cost or joist tape.. FastenMaster Mark Hogan

Deckorators® voyage khaya boarders and breakers, costa in field, fascia and risers. TimberTech impression rail express… TimberTech LED post caps awaiting delivery unfortunately back ordered…. Maybe TimberTech can expedite, please?? Riser Phoenix LED recessed lights. The details that separate us from them… our layout- Monolithic piers hidden under our stairs….while keeping manufacturers spacing we rabbet solid edge deck boards to create a breaker for our fascia installs. Keeps the gaps hidden but still leaves room for movement. Creates an intentional break that matches our railing layouts. Also, our miter fold, we use a 2” v bit to plow material so we can heat and bend. These guys knocked it out!!!!Moving along on this Deckorators deck. A lot of the important things never get seen or will be covered. We take the time to do it right. Taking time for drainage, layout, planning for monolithic piers for our stairs to land on, field treating cuts and then covering with Fastenmaster deck frame coating or tape.
