💜 Come Laugh, Cry & Cheer With Us 💜

On October 3rd, Color Glo will be at the Walk to End Alzheimer’s in Waukesha, walking for someone very special to our family, our aunt.

My sister and I are honored to be her guardians as she navigates life with Alzheimer’s/dementia. It has been a journey filled with challenges, unexpected moments, laughter, tears, and so many reminders of how important it is to have people beside you and advocating for you along the way.

So this year, we’re inviting our community to come be part of something meaningful with us.

Come walk. Come laugh. Come cry. Come cheer. Come celebrate the people we love and honor all those whose lives have been touched by Alzheimer’s. 💜

You don’t have to know our aunt. You don’t have to have a personal connection to Alzheimer’s. Just come as you are and be part of a morning that is about community, compassion, memories, and hope.

We’d love to see familiar faces, new faces, friends, neighbors and customers Anyone who wants to spend a little time together supporting a cause that has touched so many lives.

From stained to refreshed!

This vinyl bench seat had noticeable tire tread stains on all the cushions. Instead of replacing the entire seat, we were able to repair and restore the vinyl to give it a like new appearance.

“Is this repairable?”

I get this question all the time followed with :

I have a little wear pattern on my couch. Can you repair it?

And then they send me a picture

This isn't just a small worn spot. This is bonded leather that is peeling and breaking down. Once the top layer of bonded leather starts separating like this, the problem usually goes far beyond simply touching up a scratch or repairing a tear.

And that's one of the reasons a picture can tell me a LOT about a repair but sometimes it also tells me that the material itself is the problem.
