The team have been hard at work. A lot of progress is being made on this restoration. Years of deterioration are being reversed as the crew removes the rotten substructure and meticulously rebuilds it the right way. The existing copper detailing is being carefully preserved and restored, bringing these historic features back to life while honoring their original craftsmanship. All of the components have been fabricated in-house at Crocker Architectural, ensuring the highest level of quality, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the restoration process.

The Team has Wrapped up this great restoration. Over 100 squares of new Ludowici Terra Cotta Tile and stunning new copper work have brought this historic train station back to life. The CASM team overcame some serious challenges, working just feet from high-speed train traffic while preserving the station's historic beauty. Another project we're proud to put our name on!

Every day presents a new adventure. This one is a first for CASM! Recently, a client faced a long-term issue with a leaking skylight. Through careful design and engineering, we successfully developed a fully watertight system over the skylight. This solution not only kept the interior space dry but also adhered to the client's budget.
